without it came to our realisation, human factor is actually an essential factor in determining the rise of a nation..

there are four  elements that govern to the human factor, and these elements are the one that determine the success of an individual, which lead to the rise of a nation..

the so-called traits are Knowledge, Skill, Informative, and Attitude..

And our of these 4 elements, there is one that hold the keys to the doors of other elements.. and that is the 'Attitude' 

Why do ' Attitude' held such a big responsibility against other..?

Let us think about it for a moment..

'Knowledge' is something that a person get when he or she is willing to learn and pursue for it.

' Skill'  is also something that a person may born with the ability or the willingness to learn to have the skills..

'Informative'  is when an individual is full of information and is able to keep informing people of interesting & useful information..

And all these 3 elements is determine by the 'Attitude' to pursue, learn and unlearn, pratic, to share or not to share, so on & forth..

thus, wherever we aim the success of an individual, or schools, or organisations, or nations..
one of the foremost important thing need to be changed is the Attitude..

By changing the Attitude, other changes will come by easily..

"..He does not change the condition of a person until it change what is in itself.." 

A reminder for me, to change myself to move on better in the time to come..
