after reading surah (chapter) 23; al- mu'minun, near the end, i came across a doa which i think we should practise it frequantly, as the 'doa is repeated twice, where the first was for a group of mu'minun to supplicate to Him together or a person to supplicate for the people around him/her and it was repeated where He emphasized on the same 'doa for a person to supplicate for his/her own needs...

since it was repeated again.. i believe this is one of the supplication we should often carry..

It was mentioned that the supplication was done back then by a group of muslim who kept on supplicate with this 'doa after being tested in all kind of tests and these people are then said to be rewarded gracefully for their persistent and patients..

doa in al-mu'minun(23), verse 109 : "Our Lord, we have believed, so forgive us and have mercy upon us, and You are the best of the merciful"

the reward mentioned in verse 111: "Indeed, I have rewarded them this Day for their patient endurance - that they are the attainers [of success]."

in verse 118, Allah ask for the 'doa to be said:  "And, [O Muhammad], say, "My Lord, forgive and have mercy, and You are the best of the merciful."

wallahu'alam..
may Allah reward us as He rewarded them.. inshaAllah..

till then, -pen off-
