today i've came across a verse that make me think about the 'pyramid' that was built thousands years ago, which now have become one of the wonders of the world, listed by us, human..

and this verse convey something as below..

"And Fir‘aun (Pharaoh) said, “O Haman, make a tower for me, perhaps I could reach the ways -
The ways to the heavens, and peek towards the God of Musa. And indeed I deem him a liar.” That is how his evil deeds were made attractive to Fir‘aun, and (how) he was held back from the way. The evil design of Fir‘aun was (to end) in nothing but ruin. "   (al-Mu'min or al-Ghafir(40):36-37)


i think the built of the past that we admire and take it as great to be there when actually they are actually things that are being 'look down' or warned in a way in the quran here..

but, He, the All Mighty did mentioned that  all those things that happen to the people of the past was kept preserve so that the people of the future will enable to see and  reflect what had happened to those before them who choose to ignore Him and His Greatness..

one of the verse is in chapter 20 (at-tha-ha), verse 99

"Thus We relate to you (O Muhammad SAW) some information of what happened before. And indeed We have given you from Us a Reminder (this Qur'ân)."

this remind me that whenever i see great things, invention, landscape of the things on this world.. i need to think further on how it relate to me being here today.. and how things were in the time before..
