for He is indeed nearer than the jugular vein..
for He had decreed this clearly in surah al-baqarah, verse 186,
"..indeed I am near, I respond to the invocation of the supplicant when he calls upon Me. So let then respond to Me (by obedience) and believe in Me that they may be (rightly) guided.."
where, whenever His servants desire something, or wishes for things to happen, by supplicating (doa) to Him, He will indeed bless them with their wish..
yet, sometime, we might wonder, i have been supplicating thousands time, days, months and even years.. yet, my wish is still far away from being granted..
perhaps what we have been wishing numerous times are indeed not to be granted at the right moment..
but, we might wonder, when will it be the right time for Him to grant my wish..
do not ask or question Him, for we should been asking ourselves all this time.. has we indeed ready to be gifted with this kind of dream..
for every granted wish, there will indeed come responsibilities that needed to be carried upon with it..
thus, He the Ever Knowing, knows that we were not ready to carry out this responsibility, came the reason for not granting it..
"..perhaps you hate a things which is good for you, and perhaps you love a thing that it is bad for you.. And Allah knows, while you know not.." (2:216)..
and this reminder need to be kept on repeating here, just to remind myself.. for i should continuously be grateful and thankful for His ever lasting gifts..
