so, i planned with my mum, we gonna cook it on sunday.. yes, today!
the least preferable thing that i'm ranting on is a CAKE!
well, since cake is usually on the bottom of my dish list, because of the cheese and creams,
that is why, the decision to cook it, does'nt involve any cream, butter and cheese..
and because of my favourite consumable is veges and fruits..
with carrot on the top priority list..
yes, the cake is no other than the carrot cake..
the ingredients inside is only eggs, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, hazelnut, almond, and carrots (a lot), sugar (which was put less half than the one written in the ingredient), a pinch of salt..
and after 1 hour and 20 minits of baking, the cake is delicious..
[it really took us quite this long for it to cook in the oven]
and here's the result
yeah, its not a beauty as in the shop.. but its delicious.. perhaps becoz it taste so goOd with carrots..
