al-Fussilat..

Man does not weary of asking for good (things), but if ill touches him, he gives up all hope (and) is lost in despair. (49)
No doubt, this is men's behaviour..
When in need of things, they'll fully put their best performance for Him..
Yet, when He decides the time has not yet come for men to gain his needs, they loose hope and trust in Him..
Even more, when being put upon a test which is not expected, men will keep on blaming Him, why they were chosen to face it, and not others..

When We give him a taste of some mercy from Ourselves, after some adversity has touched him, he is sure to say "This is due to my (merit): I think not that the Hour (of Judgment) will (ever) be established; but if I am brought back to my Lord, I have (much) good (stored) in His sight!" But We will show the Unbelievers the truth of all that they did, and We shall give them the taste of a severe Penalty. (50)
Similar to what has been mentioned in al-Fajr.
Given all good tidings to men, they'll immediately admit, its because of their
abundance of good deeds, they deserve to recieve His Mercy.
Yet, it never occur to men, it's all a series of test He put down upon them.
Each tidings, good nor bad, are forever a test for men.
The real reward to be gain is in the hereafter and no other.
So never be arrogance and boastful for each good tidings been bestowed upon us,
and never be sad, angry nor despair if each day, one by one, tide is continously hitting our life,
for indeed it is just a test of life.
Only be sad and regretful, if the bad tidings are place upon us in the hereafter, for then,
its no longer a test, but its a punishment for our bad deeds and behaviour while been on the earth..

When We bestow favours on man he turns away, and gets himself remote on his side (instead of coming to Us); and when evil seizes him (he comes) full of prolonged prayer! (51)
Mentioned again by Allah, than men indeed are what we denote as 'stupid' in a way.
When being given all favours, men forget Him almost instantly.
Yet, when in need of His help, only then men decides to increase
their deeds, longer their supplication and prayer to Him..

How indeed has one live one life today..
Has one been grateful for each of His Mercy, His Blessings, His favour bestowed upon one here..
Or one has totally enjoyed it until one forgot to Glorify Him with it..
Never put Him away, even for a seconds, for one will never know, when the angle of death visits this time, is to take one's soul away..
