many of us are unaware that we might have diabetes..
by seeing how much sugar a person consume each day, it is not surprising why diabetes are becoming more and more prone among younger generations these days..
for example, i´ve seen people preparing a mug of hot milo at workplace adding on 2 big spoons of sugar with it.. milo,vico and its equivalent are sweet without adding on sugar in it.. and people still insist on putting in sugar..
there are also people who drinks milk, with adding sugar in it.. especially pregnant mothers.. who drink pregnancy milk with adding on sugar.. where on its own, the milk for pregnancy mothers are already sweet...
somewhere at a cafe nearby, i have also seen people who ordered coffee adding in 4 packets of sugar..
heloO!! half a packet or max. 1 packet is enough..
there are also people who cannot drink plain water.. she/he must drink sweeten water..
i just have to keep on repeating this and say it many time, please and PLEASE reduce your sugar consumptions!!!
this will help you to avoid health problems at an early age...
and even it is encourage in Islam, to take care of your health being by whatever means..
so, as the saying goes..
"Kurangkan gula dalam minuman, maniskan gula dalam senyuman"
