because from what she sees around, not all who claimed to be muslims wear it..

>> wearing scarf is options.. usually people wear scarf because other people are wearing it.. and when students choose to wear scarf, it because of the peer pressure.. when other students are wearing it, they feel the need to wear it..

>> yes, people who wear scarfs are those who had went for hajj.. as pilgrim went hajj for repentance for all the sins done, asking God to forgive them, so they might as well, wear scarfs during the hajj and after the hajj.. if not, what the use of going hajj, if after the hajj they do not wear scarfs..
