for those who adapt safety precautions in everything, especially those who has a mum as a medical practitioner, will certainly take it as a MUST to have a 1st Aid Kit in each travel or journey your about to make..
like it or not, sick, difficulties are just somethings that no one could prevent.. yeah, we could avoid.. but if He will it to happen, certainly it will happen..
often we heard advise from those around, when we are about to go on camping or a long road traveling, to have a 1st aid kit with you at all times..
for they will usually be those who have car sick, sea sick or flight/air travel sickness..
also those who injured their hands easily for having sensitive skins..
since when we're going on board in each journey, doctors are not always easy to be meet.. that is why, its encourage able for each person to have basic knowledge in using the goods in 1st aid kit..
BUT, rarely do we heard, from people around us..
there is also 1 more thing that is essential in our 1st aid..
for when we are distress, or sad..

yes, the book that will remind and bring us back to Allah is no other than the Quran..
the one with translations unless one could easily understand by just reading it..
so, just keep in mind, wherever we about to travel, put this Book as the top priority that should be in our Travel 1st Aid Kit..
