Often back in our schools, we have our own favorite teachers..
Some are because of their interesting method of teaching, conveying the message to us in class, in lab..
and some are more of our favoritsme because of the way they approach their students..us(back then)
This is surely the art that most teachers are asked to use to approach their students..
and this is what known as the
ART OF A SANDWICH..
See this nice sandwich picture..? it certainly increase anyone appetite by looking at it.. yummy..
hm.. how do teachers implement this delicious sandwich approach to students..?
1st, let us look.. what is there inside any typical sandwich..
and when people eat sandwich, their main aim is to reach the most inner layer, the beef/lamb/chicken/tuna/sardines...etc2..
but, to get to this everlasting spicey layer.. one has to bite thru the bread/bun, the salad, the tomatoes.. all that we could call as the sofy layer of the food..
GET IT?
perhaps, every person, or more exact everyone who denote themselves as daie.. could use this sandwich approach when meeting peoples.. especially when doing AMNM..
it certainly can be use when meeting new people or when use upon someone who we had known for a long time..
"why would it work..?".. perhaps something that some will wonder..
well.. let one here just say, no doubt, the hearts of each person is hold by Him, The All MIghty...
..
BUT,
thar must not be an excuse of not trying it 1st..
and, im pretty sure, this sandwich approach suits all kind of generations and most people well..
for instance, to advise someone who apparently did something wrong..
before one directly accuse that person and scold for it wrong doing, one should 1st praise, acknowledge him/her for doing good doings.. (each person has at least 1 good thing that instill in him/her.. let it be certain attitudes, or even it look..)
this is what we can refer to the 'soft' layer in the sandwich; the bread, veges n cheese..
and then to bite the middle layer; our aim..
to advise that person of it wrong doing..
the spice from our comment(teguran) will be something that will always be in that person memory.. for it has spice up its tounge..
but, let not just stop to the spicey part..
top it up back with appraisal and all..
the veges, cheese and lastly the bread again..
so.. tho the spicey meat had trigger it tongue to burn..
but, due to the cheese, veges and bread, it wont be much of a fuss to its feeling anymore..
and perhaps, it'll desire it for more..
